Data Deletion Requests – Biyond app (Biyond Trader LLC)
You can ask us to delete your Biyond account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
1. Send an email to support@biyond.co from the email address registered to your Biyond account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Or sign in at https://biyond.co and use the Contact page to send the same request.
3. We will confirm your identity by replying to your registered email address, then process the request within 30 days and confirm when it is complete.
What is deleted
- Your account profile: name, email address, username and password hash
- Your app preferences, saved settings and notification history
- Your session tokens and login records
What is kept, and for how long
- Billing and subscription records required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, kept for up to 7 years as required by law
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer identify you
- Support correspondence, kept for up to 2 years
You do not need to uninstall the app before requesting deletion. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.
